		Regency Sidmouth Standing beneath soaring pink to red cliffs, patch-worked with greenery, stands this resort rich in Georgian and Regency architecture. Gothic and bow windows, elegant porches, elaborate wrought-iron balconies and stately columns decorate the house and hotel fronts along the Esplanade between the cliffs and the river Sid.
