Paignton - Devon, Boats & Trains

This year we have a number of holidays on the English Riviera, two of which are based in Paignton at the Queens Hotel. From the palms that flourish along this suntrap curve of Devon coast to the windswept gorse and bracken on Dartmoor you will find beautiful landscapes and villages.

Day 1:

We depart Gloucestershire and travel south, with suitable comfort stops en-route will arrive at our hotel with time to relax before your evening meal.

Day 2 - 7:

During the 8 day holiday there will be 2 full days and one half day excursion, one of which will be an inclusive cruise on the River Dart plus a Journey on the Dart Valley Steam Railway.

The 5 day tour will include 1 full day and one half day but will include the boat and train as above.

Day 8/5:

After our final breakfast we return to Gloucestershire, with a comfort stop en-route and arrive late afternoon.

This ideally situated hotel in the heart of Paignton, just 2 minutes walk from the beach, harbour and town centre. The Queens is renowned for its friendly atmosphere, homely ambience and professional staff. All bedrooms are fully en-suite with TV and coffee/tea making facilities.
