Established in 1948, Marchants is a family owned bus & coach company based in the Regency Spa town of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

We're passionate about our clients & delivering the highest levels of customer service with a team of dedicated, friendly & committed professional drivers, operations staff, engineers & cleaners.

Our uniformed drivers have enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) certificates, receive ongoing training in customer service, vehicle safety & driving standards. They are highly experienced & friendly, making your trip a memorable experience for all the right reasons.

We operate a modern & stylish fleet which includes 7 to 57 seat coaches in both standard & executive specification & 31 to 74 seat wheelchair accessible single & double deck buses.

Most importantly, our fleet undergo rigorous 6 weekly inspections to ensure they are at MOT standards at all times at our Prestbury Road Depot by IRTEC trained & experienced engineers.

Through our fleet replacement programme we are constantly renewing & refurbishing our vehicles, which boast prestigious models from Mercedes-Benz, Scania & Volvo.

You can board your Marchants day excursion from convenient boarding points located in:

• Quedgeley*

*These bus stops are only available on selected Day Excursions.

Reserved seating is provided on all day trips – we find most people generally like to be near the front, so the earlier you book the better choice of seats you have!
