Our Home to School department is currently operating with reduced hours.
So that we can do everything possible to safeguard our staff, we are unable to take phone calls as our key staff are working from home on reduced hours/days.

TUTANKHAMUN EXHIBIT - EXCURSION UPDATE FOR 15TH/16TH APRIL:
As per the Saatchi gallery website, the gallery is closed until at least 13th April. Any bookings from April 14th onwards will be reviewed (by the venue) and we will be advised if our tours on the 15th/16th will be cancelled or not in due course.
If we are advised that the event will be cancelled due to the gallery closure, we will be in touch with all those who have booked and refunds will be offered*.
We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter and politely request that you bear with us during this difficult time.
There is only 1 member of staff who can work from home doing the cancellations and she is trying her best to contact everyone as soon as she can, but please note that this may take some time due to the volume of bookings.
*Please note that whilst the travel shop is temporarily closed (until further notice due to Government advice) we will be unable to process any refunds as we do not have this facility working from home. Passengers will be re-contacted RE refunds, in due course, once re-open. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
